"After purchasing and having them install a water softener system, around 2024, about one year later we had an issue. That was fixed but now another year later the system leaks badly. We were forced to call a plumber to bypass it because they don't answer the phone and don't return messages. They skipped town. I can't stress this enough, Do NOT use this company! They are awful!"
