"My family was very pleased with the service from this company. Mo was very forthcoming in explaining the problems with our furnace, as well as the options. We were able to make a decision about replacing the unit without the pressure that some companies employ. A very clear proposal and estimate was sent and the work was scheduled. They came when they said they were coming and It took three people to remove and replace the furnace over 2 days in the bitter cold. They were very conscious about cleaning up during and after they completed the installation. The thermostats also needed replacements and we had a problem due to the wiring. However, Mo found a suitable upgraded replacements and installed them as scheduled. (In the meantime the heat was working.) The Heating and Cooling Pros company is an excellent company and I highly recommend them."

"We had our old boiler removed and a new 250,000 BTU Weil-McLain installed. The experience was great. The price was really fair, especially for the quality of work. They showed up right on time, got straight to work, and you could tell they knew exactly what they were doing. Everything was done in a very organized and professional way, but still felt easy and stress-free on our end. What I appreciated most was how clean and quick they were—no mess left behind, and the job was done faster than expected without rushing anything. Overall, just solid, reliable service. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing boiler work."

"A ductless System was just completed in our home for two rooms. The Installer did a terrific job. Was very amenable and went out of his way to insure his work was impeccable. I highly recommend the company and Endri the Installer was the best! Thank you Hermes Royal!"

"Recently, I needed to replace the AC condenser unit, and I turned to Reliable Service NYC. I was very pleased with the quality of the work done. The technician arrived on time, diagnosed the issue, and quickly replaced the faulty unit. All the work was done professionally and neatly. After the replacement, the air conditioner works perfectly, and I can enjoy the cool air in my home again. I have an Irish Setter named Ginger at home, who is usually very cautious with strangers. However, with Grigory, it was different. Ginger immediately showed interest in him and stayed by his side throughout the work. This was surprising, as Ginger rarely warms up to new people so quickly. If my Ginger trusted Grigory, I highly recommend his services to you as well."

"Temur and his team did an exceptional job! I had a U-shaped air conditioner that had to be replaced several times in the past over a short timespan which not everyone has experience installing. They kept communication open while discussing the project, were transparent with costs, and gave regular updates on their arrival time. They were efficient, highly skilled, and left me completely satisfied. I’ve had others work on this before, but this is the first time the process went so smoothly. They cleaned up after finishing the job and removed the old unit. The A/C is working perfectly. I will absolutely hire Temur and his team again!"

"Mario and his assistant did a wonderful and fully clean and complete job upgrading my water heater to a larger size. He was fast with excellent communication and kept to his agreement to cart away the old one and install the size, brand and Model I wanted. I now enjoy a increase in hot water performance and have a new plumber in him for future repairs and plumbing related projects. I would highly recommend him and his professionalism to my friends and family. Joe"

"Dennis did an excellent job fixing my. Boiler for the winter session"
