"Really well. When I called for the appointment the woman who answered the phone was pleasant and helpful and got me an appointment the next day. One of the pipes installed during renovation less than a year ago was too short. Graham and Calvin repaired that and snaked out the pipes removing a clog from years ago in the older pipes. They left everything as clean as when they began. They were on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. They emailed me their pictures when they were on their way so that I would know who they were when they arrived. If I need help with a plumbing problem again, I will definitely call on them again."

"It went excellent. They worked very knowledgeable, they knew what they were doing and they were patient and courteous."

"Very well. It was done professionally, on time and agreed price."

"Russ came on time. He tried a fix and said if it didn't work to let him know. After that, the unit worked well on high heat but didn't do well on simmer. I did let him know, and he advised that it probably wasn't worth repairing such an old stove and told me how much it would cost. I told him to go ahead and order the new part because I didn't want to bother shopping for a new stove right now. He did so and I made a appointment to have the new part installed. Once again he arrived promptly and worked efficiently. Burner is o.k. now."

"Telephoned at 10:30, Bigbenz plumbing arrived at 11:40 and gone by 1:00pm. Serviced boiler and fixed toilet, great guy, very polite and good laugh. Work was great very efficient and explained everything very well. Would definitely recommend and will be using them again!"

"Prompt and attentive services provided by Elite Plumbing. Lindon was very responsive, effective, and able to get the job done in a timely manner. I definitely will be using them again in the future!!"

"HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!! I want to express my appreciation for the excellent service I received from Rafael Sepulveda of Ralph’s Piping and Heating. My experience as a single woman homeowner was a positive one. I am never comfortable with my lack of knowledge of the plumbing trade and am usually reluctant to retain the services of a plumber unless I have a man at home with me as I am wary of being overcharged. However, Rafael put me at ease by assessing the job thoroughly which was time-consuming, and only after he had eliminated any other cause for a leak did he advise that he would have to enter the ceiling and remove the kitchen cabinets to access the pipes. As we are all aware, a plumber’s time is his money. Although Rafael was busy with other clients, he juggled his schedule to accommodate me and reassured me that he would be fair in his pricing. He offered me a flat rate plus the cost of material and stuck to the price even when we found the damage and repair to be more extensive than anticipated. After completing the repairs, he reinstalled the kitchen cabinets, repaired and plastered the openings in the ceiling. I couldn’t be happier with the fast turnaround, great price, and excellent service!"
