"Very great work! Not only is Terry honest but he is very professional and kind. He works with you and is not money hungry. Very sweet person and the price is very reasonable. Terry and his son put VCT tile flooring in my kitchen for me and put a white base to match the floors, and my kitchen floors look so much better than before. Terry made sure he did not leave until everything was done right. Terry is my floor person from now on because of his positivity and kindness. "Was it the worst experience...? Was it the best experience...? Neither. Yes, I have hot water. Yes, the piping looks great for the tankless hot water. But, they had to come back a 2nd time to fill in the hole. See pictures. Yes, I was taken advantage of. I paid way too much. The final bill matched the estimate but in retrospect it was too much. Customer service simply stopped once I started challenging the work that was done. I have a large pipe sticking out of my condo that is unsightly. After I asked to have it corrected I was ignored. I would not recommend this company."
