My wife and I do the work. We sometimes have family members that help us. We ask for 10% down if the job will be over $5,000.00. We ask for "draws" (money for completed work) every Friday until the job is finished.

We have promotions of 20% off the first contract. Our billing will be split in 3 payments that consist of the first payment being due on the first day of start. The second payment is done at the halfway mark and the last one will be done upon completion of the project. We offer these payments in order to make it manageable and affordable for any type of customers. We have enough employees to complete any size project that is requested.
