They are well prepared because they know our house as we have retained them a little of ten years, since we acquired the house. There is always a good explanation at the end of what's up, like equipment that's still good, but obviously getting old, and may have to be updated or replaced. We're glad to have AC Dave as a reliable back-stop in case things might go awry, but so far so good."

Alex Fish was extremely responsive to all of our questions, from start to finish. He was great at explaining all of the options, and the pro's and con's of each, before we signed up. He also stopped by several times during the installation, which lasted 4-5 days. The two technicians who did the work were extremely professional, tidy, polite, etc. They wore face masks at all times and even took a long break one day when we asked them to because we needed silence for an important Zoom meeting. All in all, Air-Tech is a highly professional outfit. While it's only been a few weeks since the installation, everything is working as it should and we are very happy with the outcome. "They sent me a guy who was probably did plumbing for ten or fifteen years. Heating and Air conditioning, he did about three years. I had the heating and air conditioner for twenty years, and also bought this unit. The price is really high for an air conditioner. $12,500 if you want it down right. $4000 in the attic. It was $16500 investment. He didn't have what I wanted to hear. The gauges to calibrate anything. Nothing needs calibrating and told him the problem with the thermostat, and since he left he just turned it way down, I am trying to get eighty degrees, and keep it normal temperature. He is trying to get seventy eight, seventy five. Certainly its going to pump a little more colder. He didn't give us a reason why that thermostat isn't working right in the afternoon. He didn't have that answer, or the reason that you could adjust it. Can you adjust that? He had no idea of any adjustments of the thermostat. I didn't ask. I wanted to keep it all the same. I don't know, he didn't had the experience in heating and air, but he had the experience in plumbing. He didn't, and what he wanted for $85, its steep for me, when I just paid $16500, and for the attic ventilation system. I thought he would say $50 or $60. I paid him, and I went to Right Choice to do everything, complimentary. Something to help us out. I didn't ask them, but I would hope they would offer. He wasn't knowledgeable, and didn't know the answer. He wanted a $1000, it takes care of maintenance. Like he just came to the house. That is what he wanted to sell me. I gave him an soda pop, and wanted to see what he wanted to sell me.They sent an really knowledgeable installer. The parts are all knew. I would think they would have followed up, but nothing. Maybe that isn't a lot of money. I wrote a $12,250 check to them. Its a lot of money. I would want them to come out and make the air flows correct."

Bob and Tom are honest and conscientious so when the time came to replace the entire ac system, I was happy that they were available to do the work...particularly in the midst of another sweltering Southern California summer. They covered the floors, moved and covered the furniture and made sure before they left that I fully understood how to use the remote and operate the equipment. I have attached a photo so you can see for yourself the way they carted for my home. The equipment works perfectly. I would hire this company again in a heart"
