"Words cannot express how impressed and happy I am with the service I received from the guys at A Better Way. We started with an air conditioner repair - furry little gray critters took up residence over the winter and apparently feasted of the wires. I was shown pictures of the damage; repair options were explained; price for repairs was very reasonable. Unfortunately, along the way we also discovered the circuit board on my furnace was fried, necessitating a new furnace. Although I was not looking forward to that unforeseen expense, I appreciate their thoroughness in locating the problem. I would have been in deep trouble if it had not been discovered until it came time to turn on the furnace when the cold winds really began to blow. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
