"Please note: Joey installed a full system: HVAC. I'm an older guy so I can (almost) get away with writing this review a year later. Here's what I have to say about PMGâ especially Joey Azevedo. Our story starts off with a tragic twist of homeowner dread: our roof, gutters, water heater, and HVAC died around the same time. More fun than wearing underwear soaked with ticks! Outside of having to refinance our home to cover all of this work, and getting the roofer, the baker, and the candlestick maker all together to handle the various pieces of our sh!# pie, my wife and I didn't know where to turn for help with our HVAC system. It was installed around 1993. Not good. Let me preface this story by saying my wife and I have family in the HVAC businessâ but they all reside on the other side of the country. They gave us advice but it was PMG & Joey who got us off the ground. FAST! Through Joey, we purchased and installed: A HVAC system from York, A whole house fan made by QuiteCool, and exhaust fans in the bathroom and kitchen. Let me list all the ways Joey made our lives easier: * He was cordial, friendly, and attentive to every one of our needs. * He coordinated with our roofers so that everything was properly installed. * He worked with our plumber to ensure everything was to code and connected to the plumber's water lines. * He worked with our difficult city inspectors (four visits total for just the HVAC). * He also got a HVAC inspector to certify everything was up to code. For most any issue outside of our HVAC setup, Joey recommended a number of companies and/or individuals to suit our needs. Please understand, he didn't give us his "friends" informationâ he actually gave us at least three contractors/companies to choose from and get quotes. All of them were professionals and held appropriate contractor licenses. The man even set up a weather vane on our roof for my wife! The man is a jack of all trades. And knowledgeable about most anything related to home repair and improvements. If you've paid attention to any of the reviews about PMG and Joey, you'd realize our story is just another happy voice in the chorus. I'm really glad we came across PMG. We're extremely satisfied with everything he did."

"I was shocked at how inexpensive replacing both my air conditioner and heater was by getting them done at the same time and also with the pay by check discount. The order cost me much less than I thought it would so I upgraded to the middle option. They offered a new water heater for less than $200 more installation included. Wow. Everyone that I dealt with (phone / quote / installers were super friendly. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"It went so much better than expected. Over the phone, other plumbing companies quoted us $1,000 - $1,500 to do the work and replace the valve. When I talked with Seth, on the phone, he offered to come over within a couple of hours, ON A SUNDAY!, and take a look at the problem. Upon arrival he assessed the situation and determined only the center piece of the valve needed to be replaced. There would be no reason to replace the entire valve, tear up the wall/tiles to do the work. He had to access the crawl space (the entire length of the house!) to get to the water shut off valve...and did this 3 times in freezing weather! He was in and out of our house, with the valve fixed and fixture replaced within 1 hour! And he didn't charge us an additional fee for coming out on a Sunday! Seth was very professional, but a down to earth guy. I would recommend him and Driggs Plumbing, in a heartbeat!!"
