Spoke with Scott over the phone, who said he was scheduling 1 week out. Scheduled a service date for 2/4/14. Unfortunately, our heating system stopped working while I was at work the next day. My wife had her coworker's husband (an HVAC guy) come out and repair the unit immediately. I no longer needed Scott from A C & H Services. He was courteous over the phone, very easy to contact. However, he never performed any services, so I do not know how good he is."
