We sent a message through Angie's List asking if they could install a toilet seat (soft close seat for a Toto Dual Flush toilet).  We received a quick response from Frank Pellerito asking us to provide details in order for them to send us a price quote.  We appreciate the promptness. However, after contacting Toto online, we received the information we needed to tackle the job ourselves.
