With a house this old, that kind of communication really matters. Since we had just moved in, he also helped service a few other things around the house so we could get ahead of potential issues. He clearly knows his trade and takes the time to do things properly. I'm very thankful to him and the gentleman with him. What really stood out was that he followed up afterward to make sure everything was working well. That level of care is rare. He will definitely be my go to person moving forward, although hopefully we don?t see each other again until next year?s maintenance. Highly recommend."

He suggested a couple of options and we came up with a good solution. When Greg came to switch out the tub, he noticed some serious problems with our waste pipe.
