"Ash and M did a great job. Neat, courteous, professional — did great work on jacuzzi faucet replacement, including all associated plumbing. Explained everything when complete."

"We had a leak in the pipes in our over 200 year old home, and Jonathan came out in the middle of a snowstorm to check things out and make sure the damage wasn?t getting worse. That alone told me a lot about his commitment. He assessed the situation first, then came back to complete the repair and walked me through everything step by step so I actually understood what was happening and why. With a house this old, that kind of communication really matters. Since we had just moved in, he also helped service a few other things around the house so we could get ahead of potential issues. He clearly knows his trade and takes the time to do things properly. I'm very thankful to him and the gentleman with him. What really stood out was that he followed up afterward to make sure everything was working well. That level of care is rare. He will definitely be my go to person moving forward, although hopefully we don?t see each other again until next year?s maintenance. Highly recommend."

"Prompt, careful, able to solder joint of cold water faucet for bathroom in a small tight space near wood paneling which he protected with flashing. Considerate of your home as he wore clean liners over his shoes. I'm planning to use him again and recommend him highly for reliability, fairness, and skill in his plumbing trade."

"We had a little issue - did not ask a lot of questions or do a visual inspection before snaking our shower drain - turns out we should not have done that due to this drum trap we had. Long story short ending up breaking a pipe - but it was all so old we needed to get it replaced anyway. I had to fight for what I thought was right, but at the end of the day they took care of the price and the situation. Overall this company is probably too expensive for their quality of services, but they were very kind and worked hard to fix this situation."

"Excellent service, friendly, professional, quick and fair. Will use again."

"He was very knowledgeable and gave me some advice on how to avoid future problems. He was also on time and the service was done fairly quickly. He took the time to make sure all repair needed was done correctly and assured me if any problems were to occur he would be back to fix."
