Take away 5 points for it being a bit more than 2 hours. But the 2 guys who showed up were easy to communicate with, alert to the problem, and equipped to fix it right then and there. He worked out ways to save us money and came in at half the cost of others who wanted to perform work that would make things easier for them, not easier on our pocket. <br /> Nick is prompt, clean and tidy and totally knowledgeable person. <br /> He offered a yearly service contract for $150 for which he services both heat and ac providing the new filters as well. <br /> His initial charge is $75 but he works very fast and hard and you get excellent value for money. <br /> We highly recommend him. <br />"
