The entire team was professional and worked really hard to get the new system up and running. The initial visit found our AC to be not working and they delivered portable coolers within minutes to cool the house down. Matt in sales did an excellent job of providing options and was patient to respond to our questions. Eddie and Anthony were a great team of installers .. very neat and great to work with. "Positives -- Great customer service. Next day, non-emergent service appointment (even called and came early). Superior workmanship and professionalism by a technician who completed work. Extremely small project (replaced hot water shut-off valve under the kitchen sink for the dishwasher). No lie--It took all of 8 minutes to complete which was comprised of shutting off the water at the hot water heater, cutting off old valve, installing a new valve, and turning on water at the hot water heater. Negative -- Price!! $49.00 service fee to come out, look at the job and provide an estimate. Many contractors I've dealt with will not add that fee onto the total price of the job if work is authorized and completed right at that time. I've been charged a service fee if I have declined to have work completed altogether or have wanted to wait and get other estimates. That along with the $239.00 to do the minor work that I described above. I get that they are skilled workers and you should expect to pay for professional service. However, I believe that if I wasn't in such a rush to have the work completed right then, and shopped around, I could have found a price that I believed to be fairer then the $288 plus tax for this minor repair."

"This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. So far, I can't envision any issues that might arise with Orbit Water Solutions since they have provided outstanding service to this point!"

"Don,t count on CHW for emergency repairs; water heater problem...3 days before anyone could come out...contacted my own service... no reimbursement from CHW. Otherwise wait time is usually 3 to 7 days for assessment then more time for actual work. The repair services have done exceptional work. One service was rescheduled 3 times by company for assessment only.. took another 2 weeks for parts and repair. Another company made instant assessment and repair. Usually $65 for service fee. AC system was replaced with a known brand, but I still had out of pocket expenses of which I was notified ($650). Lousy call center outside US...scripted. Very frustrating trying to explain issues and understanding replies. Companies hired by CHW did exceptional work. No complaints other than scheduling. Will investigate other companies when contract expires."
