I had hired Bowen to service our existing 15 -20 year old unit, and they helped us keep it running for 3 years until we eventually had to bite the bullet. They replaced the unit with a much more efficient York unit with a 10 year parts and labor warranty for a very fair price. They had to manage through a narrow attic access, but got the job done and we could not be happier. The owners and technicians consistently provided honest answers and met their commitments (time and price), and we would highly recommend them. Finding a small business owner that really understands customer service can be a challenge at times, but we got lucky 3 years ago, and i am glad we started this relationship."

"Perfect! Our unit was old and shot and we had been putting off a replacement as long as we could. Finally it went out for good! Joe was the first to come over and give us an evaluation and an estimate. The others wanted to wait till after dark or the next day. They beat all the others prices on a new a/c. Their Tec's Michael and Julio were here early the next day and worked non-stop till the job was complete! Polite, respectful, professional, and caring! They answered all of our questions and concerns! It has been a few days since the install and everything is great! I can't say enough! Worked with others before on our properties but these are the only one's from now on!"

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"It went very well, they got the part under warranty still. Fixed it very quick and at a reasonable price. About 5 days later it seemed the freon was a little undercharged, they came and fixed it within the hour to add more at no charge. Good and nice service guys and from my experience good company."
