"Carol Services did an excellent job at installing a luxury vinyl floor in our house. The owner, John, was honest and straightforward about options and costs, which seemed reasonable to us. We particularly appreciate that they took on a job that had been stopped soon after its kickoff, as help from flooring specialists was really needed. The installation crew led by Raul did a great job at removing old carpet, leveling the concrete floor, installing the luxury vinyl floor plus new baseboards and kitchen toe kicks and cleaning up. The crew members were very punctual, professional and among the most hard-working people that we've ever seen, covering around 1,500 sq ft of a complicated layout in less than 3 days. They helped us to move heavy appliances back to the kitchen when the job was completed although that was not required by the work agreement. The new floor looks awesome. My wife and I strongly recommend Carol Services to anyone interested in having a new floor professionally installed."

"chuck harrow came to the house on sat 21st assessed the floor's damaged. chuck then shared his professional plan for repair and added a contract list of the necessary steps for completion and cost chuck also informed that he had to consult with installers for scheduling. we're looking forward to continuing our plan with chuck. "Don’t call any other contractors! Carlos can do absolutely everything! We had soft flooring in our bathroom near our toilet and after another company told us there was no problems, Carlos came out and immediately tore up the flooring and removed the toilet to reveal a leak in the sub flooring and mold behind the walls! He was able to return after letting the exposed flooring dry within the SAME WEEK! And replaced the flooring in the bathroom as well to avoid any future problems. While fixing this one problem he discovered a leak from our kitchen sink underneath our home which he fixed as well! He also fixed our main water valve as it was rusted over! The next week, Carlos came back to do the kitchen flooring for us as well while also installing support underneath our heavy sliding door to our patio! Next week he came to do our second bathroom flooring! And the next week even through the holidays he came by to install led lighting underneath our kitchen cabinets as well as change three of our outlets to GFCI! If you’ve got any home problems whatsoever Carlos is your guys! Whatever you need done he can get done for the BEST PRICES! Knowledgeable communicating options and solutions as well as the why. Initially selected William because out of three estimators he was only one to provide an itemized estimate which helped greatly to understand cost. Read that initially as a clue to how install would go and his consideration of us. Proved true. For any changes he asked for approval before proceeding. His crew was great as well. It was a size-able unplanned project to replace/correct builder failed tile install. It took the sting out of our situation.
