"Removed Pedestal Lavatory, installed new Vanity Cabinet and faucet with new supply line risers, replaced two lavatory faucets with new supply line risers, checked shutoff valves. Vanity cabinet and faucets were provided by the customer. The Pedestal Lavatory had originally been installed without backing and it was not possible to fix/reinstall it the same way. Gabriel provided two options: 1. Attach it to the wall with special glue. 2. Install new vanity cabinet. Customer selected the second option. The old faucets were more than 20 years old, so it took some time for Gabriel to remove them, but he always maintained a positive attitude, installed everything as requested, checked everything after that, cleaned up and answered some additional customer questions. Overall assessment: Highly recommended."

"Transport happened two days late even after an uplift in service to assure the vehicle move happened before or on the target move date. My main issue was the communications of an issue, I was informed the morning of the day the vehicle was suppose to be off the property. Then there was no projected date for resolving the issue that I could pass on the the new property owner and no lead time to allow me to find other carriers to handle the move. Auto Transport - United Freight Of America did continue to work the issue and a new transport was provided two days later however I found out about that 1 hour before the truck was going to meet me at the property. I had arranged to have an alternate transport occur on Friday just before I got the call however I was able to cancel the Friday transport. The C rating would have been a B if there was more communication and if there was a maybe selection for "would I use them again" I would have selected that."

"Andy, the certified plumber from Henson Mechanical HVAC & plumbing, was very punctual. I was told to expect a plumber between 8 am until noon, and Andy came at 9:30 am. He was very friendly and got right to work installing a new 40 gallon water heater. The job only took him about two hours. After he completed the work, he showed me how to re-light the pilot light if it ever goes out and explained what he replaced. He also, free of charge, helped me remove an old cartridge from the shower in my master bathroom since my shower had been dripping. I had already bought the new cartridge at a big box store, and he was happy to install it for me. There were no other "catches" to the deal for the new water heater I bought through Angie's List, for which I was very glad. I would highly recommend Henson Mechanical HVAC & Plumbing and would call them again for any plumbing needs. <br />"

"Overall, excellent. they taped sheet plastic on all floors and also attached sheet plastic to all the walls, around all light fixtures as well. <br /> They removed about 1/2 a sheet of drywall that was damaged and installed a replacement piece, using good practice. Screws plus the tape for the seams. they also repaired the caulk at the ceiling interface and along the crown moulding where some additional water stains were found. <br /> the surface appearance of the seams and the repair section was so well done, it almost looked like it didnt need to be sanded. a real craftsman. Since we couldnt match the ceiling paint and i didnt have any on hand, they purchased a new can of ceiling white and painted entire ceiling, cutting in a the crown moulding for the entire room. They also painted the crown where the repairs were done using some white enamel i did have on hand. <br /> It took a day or two to dry, and now you cannot tell there was even a repair done. NICE JOB! <br />"
