He calls me Sir all the time. He's very respectful and very careful about putting towels on the ladder so it wouldn't damage the stucco. He didn't damage any plants and any sprinklers. They were very cautious about my personal property. I would go back. He's better than some other painters. He did the job and they came unresponsive after that. He understood wood, paint, coatings and application. He's very good that way."

"Working with ?All About Paint? to have the exterior of our home painted was a great experience. They returned phone calls immediately, gave us a very competitive quote, provided references and even helped to choose the perfect color combination. Once the work commenced, they removed the gutters, pressure washed the whole house, made repairs to the stucco in various areas, painted all exterior, wood trim, patio cover, front doors, side doors, and metal garage doors. They even went as far as removing the exterior light fixtures, and re-installing them when the work was complete. It took them a complete week to do the job. They were on-time every morning and were meticulous about masking everything, and not getting over-spray or spilling paint on anything. The house looks great, and I will definitely use them again. My neighbor was so impressed with their work, that he hired ?All About Paint? to paint his house the following week.

"I cannot say enough good things about Tony and his crew and the quality work they performed for me. I bought a condo with two 25-year old bathrooms, and wanted to replace the tubs, showers, fixtures, cabinets, toilets and floor tiles and repaint each one. I consulted with Tony about what could be done and both turned out great! Tony and OM Construction's tradesmen were professional, efficient, clean and responsive to minor changes or things that I wanted to do that wouldn't work because of the particular building (i.e. slab floor that prevented a walk-in shower because of existing plumbing that could not be re-configured or changed without significant work or cost). I will use OM Construction again with a rental property I own, and will heartily recommend them to friends."

"Jay Sanchez and their crew exhibited nothing but professional demeanor, both in initial communications and during the work itself. My involvement with Jay Sanchez personally during the quoting process was very pleasant, and he answered all my questions (which were many). His quote was inexpensive, and customized for what I was looking for (others I called pretty much ignored my inquiries and requests). His crew took extra care and went beyond the call of duty during preparation, doing the work, and cleanup. Also, it was discovered after doing the the specified work (a horrifically complex wallpaper removal) that there was a lot of old water damage to the wall under the wallpaper which could not have been foreseen or expected. I am on an extremely limited budget and Jay worked with me and had his guys fix things for far less than I might have imagined. He also advised me on how I might do some DIY procedures which will enable me finish the project myself (very rare in this day and age). He really showed he genuinely wanted to help me and fully understood the circumstances of the limited budget I was working with. He didn't have to do this. Most companies would have just said "well, that's life, and it is what it is... pay up". But Jay called me immediately, we discussed the options, and he had his guys do more work to ease the situation at an unexpectedly fair and more than reasonable low price. So, this is why this review is a bit "long-winded", because I wanted to express my appreciation for this company and Jay. I can't recommend this outfit high enough. Kudos to you and your team Jay! "We hired Sam and his professional team to remodel our master bathroom, guest bathroom, remove some lighting and to install recessed lights in the kitchen. We are very pleased with the work they did! All the bathrooms are gorgeous and the recessed lights are perfect. Sam and the crew worked at the house every day until the remodeling was completed. They worked very professionally and efficient. Definitely perfect craftsmanship. Sam was also easy person to work and talk with, very comit man to all of our requests. We’ve absolutely found our contractor!"

"We are preparing for more rain than usual and purchased a coupon for Thomas Parks Contracting to clean and repair our gutters.  Upon inspecting the roof while he was doing the gutter work, Thomas told us it was in fairly good shape and just needs some maintenance.  He also recommended a sealer.  We contracted for the work and he came within a few days with a crew to perform the work. All the work was done with professionalism and an attention to detail.  They even repaired two of our gates into the back yard - above the call of duty.  I recommend them with no reservations."
