"I wanted two separate projects. We wanted them to do some work in our kitchen moving one of the base cabinets and the  refrigerator. and then another one was to build a rood over our small patio. His bids were inline with the other bids I received. when he was here he didn't seem all that professional. he did some basic measuring, but when he gave me an estimate there was nothing written down. He didn't break out labor, materials or parts for the job. labors materials or parts of the job. the impression i had when he was here was everything was off the cuff. I realize he got good reviews on Angie's List, it's why I called him.
If he took more details notes and measurements and asked more questions about exactly what I wanted. We stood in the kitchen and backyard and talked about it and he didn't write anything down."

"I'm so happy I found Brad on Angie's list. My deck was in poor condition and Brad and his assistant replaced many weather damaged boards on the floor and elsewhere. He checked the structural soundness and added support. Brad made it look beautiful plus he rebuilt the deck stairs so they are so more walkable. He also framed and installed new French exterior doors and a storm/screen door. This was a job that a couple of other contractors looked at and were unable to come up with any plan except sliding doors which I did not want. (I have dogs that destroy sliding door screens.) He brought in a stonemason to build a retaining wall and re-poured all that he had torn out while adding some much-needed drainage. Tom and his guys are polite, prompt and clean up the job site each day. Tom kept us apprised of what he expected to do next. It was a big project and we couldn't be happier with the finished product."
