"Justin installed new heating / AC heat pump system. He also installed all new ducting with larger ones thus giving us greater air flow. He created a split system for up and down stairs which we did not have previously. For us Justin was very professional and easy to work with. He gave us options and discussed how much it would cost and what it would do for us as well as if it was worth the money. Nothing was hidden from us. Loved that no matter what or how many questions we asked he was happy to answer them for us. As far as the job it turned out great. "It was fine. There was an additional charge but I'm not surprised because I had a dryer vent that is very complicated. We negotiated and told me what they will going to take to do it. I was fine with it because I know my dryer vent. For me, to call somebody and do that specifically, it would have been more money. I feel good about it."
