"Dutch's mold crew were thorough, professional and responsive in cleaning out our partially finished basement. We had mold growing behind the finished walls that had escaped into the basement and was beginning to give us allergies, and they removed everything in the basement that could harbor spores or be hiding mold (carpet, siding, drywall, insulation) and cleaned what was left. Other contractors had suggested removing only the siding etc in the finished half of the basement, and had quoted a lower price, but I was glad after the fact we had gone with Dutch's more thorough removal as there was mold beginning to grow in hard-to-reach spots throughout the basement, and in some of the insulation around the rim joist. They also were the only contractor we talked to who put an air filter inside the living space as an extra precaution, in addition to filtering the basement air and cleaning everything with HEPA vacs before sanitizing. The crew took a long time going over things with us after the work was done, including pointing out non-mold -related issues like wiring they had capped off after removing fixtures and a weakened structural support beam they uncovered. We had a follow-up concern a little after the project was done, and they came right back to check on it and go over the situation with us. It wasn't a project we wanted to have to do, but it was reassuring to work with this company."

"Paul was amazing! He did an extremely thorough job- he didn't miss a single thing! He was very friendly to deal with and answered all of my questions. He really took the time to explain every step of the process and made me feel like my home inspection was the only thing that mattered. I highly recommend his services."

"We are selling our home and wanted to get our attic certified that we had no mold before going on the market. Mike came out right away and did a great job. He confirmed we had no mold, checked for quality air flow, and his team provided a protectant to ensure future mold protection. His team was clean, timely, and did excellent work."

"I was personally skeptical a water system would make any difference to the water in my home. We had our system tested and were informed our water had a lot of room for improvment. The salesmen was knowledgeable but was still unsure but my wife wanted the system. We have had the system for 7 years and I am very satisfied as it has delivered every claim made by the salesman. I would highly recommend this company and their recommendations for your home. I can't drink tap water any longer."

"Very kind and friendly people. The guy who came to my house to do the testing was very polite and friendly."

"I hired Thomas Clay and his crew to remove mold all throughout our basement. Their quote was incredibly detailed, and they spent time explaining everything thoroughly to me and my father. They even brought more crew to do the job in less time than was quoted so that we didn t have to be without air when it was quite hot out. They cleaned all the mold from our basement and gave us tips for preventing further mold growth. You can tell Thomas and his son care a lot about what they do. They re very honest and genuine people, and I d definitely hire them again."
