"Replaced our aging radon fan for a reasonable price."

"Mitigation was done timely and professionally. In fact, later I found out from the insurance that had Tim not arrived timely and immediately went to do all the mitigation work, the insurance may have refused to cover a number of things. Tim helped me with working with Erie Insurance to get the insurance pay for the work that had been done and the work that needed to be done, making the entire insurance-claiming process very smooth and hassle-free from my perspective. Being an off-site property owner, I cannot say enough about, and I was indeed very grateful for, the high level of professionalism, the high sense of responsibility and urgency, the great quality of work, the customer-first spirit, and the dedication of making sure that all bases are covered for customer, that Tim and Bioclean exhibited during the whole process. Without Tim and Bioclean, who knows how extensive the damages would have resulted in, how much damage would not have been covered by the insurance, how long this whole process would take, and how much hassle that I had to give to deal with this situation caused by the busting of the water heater."

"This kind of testing is critical if you are suspicious that your home s air quality is causing respiratory problems for any family member."

"We had a very good experience with SS John & Marin Restoration, who performed mold remediation on our basement. They were very thorough and experienced in their assessment of the situation, and worked with us to produce a custom estimate. They were timely in completion of the work. Sebastian was the manager for this project, who supervised the workers and communicated extensively with us to determine our needs. When the initially contracted work resulted in discovery of more moldy areas, the estimate was capped so that discovery of additional mold would not result in a higher cost. This company exemplifies care and motivation of customers, to implement recommendations that prevent future recurrence of mold in the home. For example, we implemented their mold prevention recommendations to run a dehumidifier and air purifier in the basement. Highly recommend this mold remediation pro."

"Outstanding radon mitigation company. Strongly recommend!"

"The asbestos testing was quite pricey. $400 for four test samples. Now I cannot say that this was due to the contractor since no other professional ever returned my calls and Atlas was the only price quote. It is possible that they would have been the cheapest, if I had anyone to compare them to. The representative was very friendly and explained everything in detail. Very thorough. I am sure that the lab tests were responsible for most of the cost, but the results were ready the next day."

"Did a great job in a timely manner"

"Over it was a good job and the price was reasonable. Few concerns: the first technician thought that it might be a problem resulting from the thermostat wire going bad causing the fan coil unit to not get the correct voltage. The second technician took a little more time and checked the connections and solved the issue pretty quickly saving me from a pretty costly repair. My other concern was the first technician said he could do the inside coil cleaning as part of the tune up. The technician never mentioned it would be an additional $220.00. The technician just sprayed the coil cleaning foam but never removed the front panel to brush the coils as recommended. since he did not remove the panel not sure how he checked visually for refrigerant leaks. He also checked on the form that basic air duct cleaning was performed which must be a mistake because he never looked at the main return."

"MasterTech was amazing. Very professional. Always came when they said they would. Laid drop cloths and removed every bit of debris, every day they were there. Would definitely recommend this firm!"

"The work went better than I expected it too. I was nervous but Brandon was very informative and explained everything to me. Their were no hidden fees. It was done in a timely matter and the quality of work was great. Now I feel safe in my home mold free. I would recommend him to anyone who needs quality work done right without braking the bank. No scams, just great work."
