"Kevin came out beforehand to review the job and give me an total estimate. Estimate was $600 with a starting time of 8am on Monday. On Sunday, he let me know that he'd be arriving Monday afternoon.
Kevin arrived with his two-man crew on Monday at 1:15. They cleaned up around the work area to avoid damaging landscape as much as possible and began removing rotted wood. During the work, they discovered that the doors were too damaged to save, so with my agreement, Kevin went down the street to pick up some more wood from Lowe's.
They installed new 2 x 4s, a hardi-plank apron, two new doors, and painted the needed areas with exterior paint. At the same time, they touched up the front and back doorways of my house.  Additional work for the doors raised the price to $675.
They walked around with me for inspection, made some minor repairs and changes at my request, and left at 5:15."
