They said the supervisor would come back out and show me pictures of what they had done under there after they got finished. He had some kind of a conflict and he didn’t come. I have to call and ask them to have him come. But I have the number of the man who talked to us at the begging and he is the one who told me always get pictures when somebody finishes, not just when they start. I think he will come or send whoever is supposed to come. I am not worried about that."

The technician, Bryan, gave us a courtesy call to let us know his arrival time, and when he got here, we were pleased to see that he was wearing a mask and observing CDC recommendations. Bryan proceeded to do a thorough check of our heat pump split system (air handler in the attic, and main unit outside). After he finished, he gave us a complete verbal description of everything he'd checked, and answered several questions in a very courteous and professional manner. He also followed up by sending a complete and detailed report to our email address. We were very pleased with the service rendered! This was our first experience with Horne HVAC, because our old service provider (Quality Comfort) had merged with Horne several months previously. We certainly will use Horne HVAC again in the future."

"The service was superior from the initial contact where I requested a quote to the installation. I spoke with Samantha to arrange for someone to come out to provide me with a quote and she promptly scheduled an appointment around my schedule. Mike came out and provided me with several options for a heat pump and promptly sent me an email with the heat pump options and prices. I had contacted 4 other HVAC companies in my area that also provided me with estimates. Accu-Rite Services was the only company that followed up to see if I had any questions and to see if I was still in the process of replacing my heat pump. I called Accu-Rite Services a couple times with questions and Samantha was quick to provide an answer and was very knowledgeable. I scheduled a date for my installation and Accu-Rite Services showed up on time for the scheduled appointment. The installation was really quick, old heat pump was removed, new heat pump installed, everything completely cleaned up and new thermostat was installed. Mike gave a thorough explanation of how the heat pump and thermostat worked. Accu-Rite Services took care of registering my heat pump, scheduled county inspection and also checked for any rebates that were available for me. I absolutely love my new heat pump. "I love this company! They did a fantastic job 6 years ago when they installed a new AC unit for us. They've provided us excellent service ever since. Last week we finally decided to replace the furnace, too. They gave us the quote on Wednesday afternoon, and they were here bright and early Friday morning to start the work. I strongly believe that these are honest and fair people. I'm not at all surprised to see that they've received stellar ratings from others.
