"We had a furnace tune up with Standard Heating. Our furnace and air conditioner are 22 years old that we purchased from Standard Heating. Ty was the service rep. and explained what he was going to do and checked over everything. He also took pictures of some of the issues. We decided to invest in a new furnace and air conditioner. Ty scheduled an appointment with a sales rep to come out and work with us. Ty has great customer service."

"The owner was very friendly and met us my wife's house in Minneapolis. We had been planning to rent hers out should we not find a buyer and were looking into an upgrade for the older furnace. The repairman was also the owner but this was last October and I've forgotten his name. His price was by far the most competitive and he seemed competent. I had not heard of the brand of furnace and I would encourage research about that but otherwise we were pleased. We eventually found a buyer and did not need a furnace after all but I would most certainly invite him for a quote in the future.
