I really appreciate the fact that throughout the install they asked if we had questions. They also thoroughly inspected my entire unit. They replaced both the outdoor and indoor unit components. Opach's A/C also installed a new wireless thermostat. This thermostat allows us to check the temperature of the home when we are away and to adjust it while away as well. It also checks the weather. Opach's A/C & Heating staff and crew were very professional, and their services were competitively priced and they did a great job. My husband and I had never tried the fireplace before, this is our second winter here. The home also has central heat which is what we used last winter. The technician was very knowledgeable about gas fireplaces. He tried some things and asked some questions. It turned out that there is an unusual way to light the fireplace due to some attempted transition by a previous owner that was not completed. He showed me how to light the fireplace. It is perfectly safe and he resolved the issue that I had in less than 30 minutes. I would recommend this comapny and technician (Jerimiah) to anyone needing help with their fireplace.
