Once that was done I needed a hvac professional turn the heat on. The technician was really good and answered all my questions about the system. It’s my elderly mom’s home and she was out of town. I will definitely use their services again in the future. I had called Sears repair twice and when I was caught in traffic they cancelled my appointment. They literally came THE NEXT DAY and did the entire install - remove old unit, rework the ducting, install an air cleaner, dress the wiring - all in one day! "The installers arrived promptly as scheduled with all necessary materials and equipment. They were professional, courteous and friendly, and were careful to clean up before leaving. Because of the cramped quarters in our boiler room, they had to remove part of one wall for the installation but they were careful to notify us of this beforehand to get our OK, and to perform the removal in a way that made the repair easy. Also, since it was a two day job, they were careful to install the water heater first so that we could have hot water in the evening before the second day. All work was done to our satisfaction and we feel that we received good value for our money. We would have no hesitation in recommending JML for any heating or cooling work."

"On Friday, Oct. 2, 2020, three young men came to install my new electric heating/cooling system. (Lennox Air Handler CBA25UH-036 and Lennox 13ACXN-036) They called before they came and came on time, as well. They were friendly and polite and were very respectful of my property and put down floor coverings over my carpeting. They all wore shoe coverings and masks (due to Covid-19). One man worked out on my deck installing the air conditioner, and mainly one other young man worked on installing the furnace with the assistance of one of the men at times. It seemed like one of the three men was in training. Due to the fact that the new furnace was rather large for the small closet area where it needed to fit in to, the young man who was mainly installing the furnace was able to overcome the challenges that he faced with the help of one of the other men and he was able to fit it in. Thankfully they did not need to drill any extra holes into the ceiling or walls to install the furnace and I was very thankful for that! They were there for at least eight hours. I was hoping that I would finally have heat that day, but I was told that the heat exchange part was cracked and they would have to send someone else out to install the new part. Before leaving, they cleaned up everything and did not leave anything at all behind for me to deal with. They also ran the air conditioner for quite some time to make sure that it was working properly, which I was thankful for because it's very important for technicians to make sure that each job is done properly before moving on to the next one. Since the job was not yet completed I only paid a little over half of the price that was due to be paid and would pay the remaining amount when the job was completely done. A woman from Four Seasons Customer Service called me later that day letting me know that someone could come that night between 9p.m. and midnight, but I chose to wait until the next day for someone to come out to install the part. She was very pleasant and helpful. On Saturday, October 3, 2020, technician, Santino M. called to let me know that he would arrive at my home soon to install the part. He was also very respectful of my home and wore shoe coverings (as well as a mask). He was very friendly, kind, and caring and did an excellent job of installing the new part. He carefully read the instructions and checked and rechecked all the wiring to make sure that everything was installed properly. It was a blessing to finally have heat! He made sure that my furnace was working well for me before he left and he also gave me helpful tips, providing me with some information that I needed to make sure that my system would work well for me for many years to come. He provided excellent customer service to me, as well, going above and beyond normal good customer service by taking a few extra minutes and leading me step by step in applying for my Lennox warranty online before he left. I would definitely give Santino M. a five plus star rating on his installation and for his kindness and excellent customer service! Thank you so much, Santino! As a whole I was very satisfied with the service that I received from Four Seasons Heating And Air Conditioning in Chicago. Although I was very concerned at first after reading some of the reviews regarding what some customers experienced dealing with other Four Seasons Heating And Air Conditioning companies in other areas, so far I have found this Chicago based company to be very caring about their customers and they seem to do their very best to provide fair and affordable prices for their customers and very good customer service. Discovery is the best HVAV firm I have ever used. This matters. Being a professional woman means nothing to some folks. Some firms see a woman and take advantage. That did not happen here.
