When I first submitted my request for service, I was a little hesitant because our a/c was not working at all, it was going to be 100 degrees that day and I the earliest I could choose my appointment was the following day.  Within two hours of submitting my request the receptionist called me and put me in direct contact with the repair man so I could explain the problem to him.  Once I explained the problem to him, he stated he would not be able to respond to my house but would make sure somebody could respond.  About two hours after talking to the repair man, someone was at my front door ready to look at my a/c.  He was extremely courteous and professional.  He diagnosed my problem within minutes of being there and showed me the parts that were broken and took his time to answer any questions we had.  When he came inside, he even wore covers over his shoes, to male sure he didn't make our floor dirty.  Overall I was extremely impressed with this company and will be using them for any and all of my repairs.

"I understood a $49 charge would be for the initial call and any services needed would be a CO$T minus the $49... if agreed to have worked done. I did not know? and the service person explained, that the company had a FLAT RATE? for any clogged plumbing?? I DIDN'T really have a choice... the service person was already onsite, the situation needed to be resolved... I proceeded to have the work done. This repair, minus the $49, still CO$T me $236.02.. "Appointment was scheduled between 8am-4pm. Waited all day for the tech (Jeremiah) to arrive. Then received a phone call a little after 3pm indicating they needed to reschedule for the next day almost at the last moment. Needless to say, we got off to a rocky start, but Jeremiah did finally show up around 5pm, isolated the problem in less then 5 minutes, showed me what to do and what not to do when changing batteries out of the thermostat, and pointed out which fuse had blown keeping the furnace from coming on. In conclusion, they made this right, I received a well-needed lesson on minor furnace maintenance, and was able to get the furnace working again. Would I hire this company again? Absolutely, and if you are having problems with your furnace, you might want to consider these people as well!"

"CC came on Saturday, diagnosed the problem, could not get new part until Monday, but left large space heaters until furnace could be repaired. OUTSTANDING repair and service. I signed up for Service Program for heater and AC............"

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
