"I had the pleasure of working with Nate. He took the time to explain the history of the company (yeah a bit boring but nice to know) as well as the company's standing within the business community. He then went up and took a look over the unit that had not been touched in about eight years, When he came back down he took the time to explain what was going on with the unit, the good, the bad and the expensive! We discussed the best approach for the immediate remediation of most the issues. Took about two hours for him to take care of everything and the end cost was offset by purchasing a maintenance plan with them. So I am sure I will be seeing Nate again come the fall or spring. Yes I will definitely recommend."

"On February 16, 2022 Jordan Benjamin was here to give me a quote for replacing my HVAC system. He was professional, friendly, answered my questions and the price was fair. "Outstanding! That is a hard statement to make when you are talking about a repair/replacement on an air conditioner. Of course your air conditioner always chooses the worst time to malfunction. This time it was at 10 PM on after a 105 degree day. I called three heating and cooling contractors and left messages. D&H Air Conditioning responded at 8 AM, and a technician out by 8:30 AM? Just a note, one contractor never called back and the other responded at 9:30 AM, after the repairs were already completed by D&H. Pretty outstanding response, especially given the time of year in Tucson. Jason, the technician arrived at 8:30 AM and met me in the front yard. I really didn't expect someone to show up with an enthusiastic, friendly and knowledgeable demeanor. That is what I received from Jason during the entire time he serviced the air conditioner. What an outstanding employee D&H has found. He far exceeded my expectations. Hard to have something positive to say when you are looking at a 14 year old air conditioner that is not functioning. You certainly expect the worst. Jason had the issue diagnosed within ten minutes upon his arrival. Lucky for me, it was just a bad capacitor. It certainly could have been worse. Jason continued to test each component and encouraged me to watch the entire process, explaining in detail the present condition of the component providing advice and options for replacement. In the end, the bill was $300; $225 for the capacitor and $75 for labor. Yes, there is the expected offering of package plans that include the service plan. I ended purchasing the service plan which includes two future tune ups. The end bill was $385. There was absolutely no pushy salesman approach during the entire visit, just excellent advice and customer service provided by Jason. Certainly not what I expected today. I will be replacing my 14 year old AC unit next year. D&H will be my first contact. Awesome job! Better figure a way to hold onto Jason. I think bigger things may be in store for him. The diagnostic evaluation description changed from my purchase date to the appointment so the service was not what I expected.



I hired the company to seal my ducts. The price was reasonable but on the date of the appointment, only a portion of service was performed and the time of the appointment was not as scheduled. The remainder of the service was rescheduled when I called the company. The computer that shows pre and post duct sealing leakage was on the fritz. I was supposed to receive a copy and have requested this multiple times. I still have not received this.

The servicemen are very professional and seem quite competent. The schedulers, receptionist, business office end of things is atrocious.

"To say we were happy with Temperature-Control would be an understatement of the nth degree. We hire T-C to install a new, high-end Trane heat pump & air handler in our home.
