"I bought my unit from NETR in 2018. It worked fine until we discovered it wasn't blowing any cold air. I made the big mistake of hiring someone a family friend recommended and they diagnosed it incorrectly and then basically disappeared on me. Anyway, it took a few weeks but they repaired it today and I was impressed with their courtesy and getting the job done very quickly and successfully. I felt like I was being dealt with honestly. Thanks, Jared and Jack. I should mention I paid about $300 for the refrigerant today. I don't know what the final cost will be but probably a bit over $1000."

"He arrived earlier and took a full hour to clean and inspect the chimney which hadn't been cleaned in at least 25 years. The chinmay was oil then last yeara converted to gas. He said the chimney had only minor debris and recommended we install liner eventually and a better rain cap and also to add a clean out door.  He addressed why we could need a liner and what to do until we have a liner installed (ie carbon monoxide alarm on all floors).  All in all we are very happy with the service provided and the attention to detail with both the work done and talking about the liner, etc recommendations. The water shut off for our faucet is inside the house, which created a little more work for the installer, but he was able to finish the install without an issue. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
