"Two men, Jerry and Tommy, arrived on the morning of May 19, 2017 to install the system. Tommy dug a hole on one side of the house, poured a concrete foundation in said hole, and also set up metal tubing, which created a stand on which the condenser sits to protect it from runoff. Meanwhile, Jerry was inside, drilling holes through my bedroom and dining room interior and then exterior walls for the refrigerant pipes which run from the condenser to the air handlers. He mounted each air handler high up on the wall. There was also electrical work performed to connect the units to the main panel in the basement. The whole job took several hours. Both men worked quickly and efficiently. At the close of it, Jerry presented me with my remotes and instructions, and showed me the basics. I used the system for the first time just a couple of nights after installation. The first night (it was the start of a heat wave) the air from the system was cool-ish - tolerable, but not quite as comfortable as I'd hoped - but I was still uncertain about the controls so I didn't tab down the temperature. The second night I did tab down the temperature, and that's when I found out that, though the fans and vanes in both air handlers worked, the cooling mechanisms did not. Considering the amount of money I'd just spent i was more than a little upset. Visions of law suits danced in my overheated head that night. I called the next morning. Jerry came out that day and diagnosed the problem (something to do with the solenoids, or maybe it was the thermistors). In any case, he did fix it, and this time, it worked as designed, and has done so ever since. I should add that NETR offers a service contract. Despite the added expense - for me, 234.99 a year for 3 years (the annual rate is fixed for that period, plus I get a 5% discount) - it makes total sense to have this complex system undergo periodic maintenance. I will pay the total at the time of the first inspection, in 2018."

"He arrived earlier and took a full hour to clean and inspect the chimney which hadn't been cleaned in at least 25 years. The chinmay was oil then last yeara converted to gas. He said the chimney had only minor debris and recommended we install liner eventually and a better rain cap and also to add a clean out door.  He addressed why we could need a liner and what to do until we have a liner installed (ie carbon monoxide alarm on all floors).  All in all we are very happy with the service provided and the attention to detail with both the work done and talking about the liner, etc recommendations. "I needed 2 dryer vents cleaned - one on the 2nd floor and a vent cap replaced (also on the 2nd floor). All the companies I initially contacted would not do the job for a variety of reason. Superior did all the work I needed plus replaced the dryer hose on one unit (which we had not discussed). Additionally, I had purchased a vent cap but it did not fit. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
