Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "Northern Lights Electric, Inc. are fantastic to do business with. Stacey, in Customer Service, was so knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and friendly as she did the intake for my electrical service. J. T., a master electrician with 30+ years of electrical experience , called 45 minutes ahead of the scheduled time to let me know that he would be early or on time. He was actually early and put booties on to protect my floors before entering the house. He covered my bed with a tarp to keep it clean while he worked.He easily installed my ceiling fan and set up my remote. He even plastered my ceiling where there was a small gap from where he had to widen the hole in my ceiling to fit in the fan. When he had finished, he cleaned everything up so well, you would never have known that he had been there. He was extremely professional, courteous, and friendly and answered all of my questions. He then looked at projects on my electrical "wish list" and wrote an estimate. He even took an overhead light bulb that had been cross-threaded out from my porch light and replaced it for me.
