"I moved into my house about a year and half ago, and have had a hard time blowing circuits on my breaker box. Everytime I would attempt to plug multiple items into my exterior outlets I would blow a fuse. I had 3 electrical contractors come to my house and attempt to fix this problem. Not only did the other electrical contractors not fix the problems, but they all charged me between $350-$600 for their time and efforts. After talking to several friends and neighbors who have used electricians themselves, I came to the conclusion that there was no such thing as a competent electrician in Charlotte. I was in Lowes looking for a electrical book to try and diagnose the problem myself when I ran into Ian from MI Electric. I told him about the problem I was having and the first thing he asked me was, ?do you have a refrigerator in my garage?, I did. He told me that when home builders build new houses they usually put all exterior outlets, and the garage outlets all on one circuit. Since I had a freezer and a refrigerator running in my garage, everytime I would plug something else in, it would blow a fuse. The circuit was overloaded, so Ian suggested running a separate circuit for the fridge and a separate circuit for the freezer. I had Ian and MI Electric fix my problem over 2 months ago and have not had a problem since. Since then I used MI Electric to put in new ceiling fans and new electrical outlets throughout my whole house. I would recommend MI Electric to everyone. Not only were they the only electrical contractor to fix my problem, but they were cheaper than the three contractors who couldn?t."

"Doug and his crew did a great job building the bones of an outdoor space.  We had previously removed a decrepit screened porch and had helical piers installed at the back of the house. The first week he could not work as efficiently as he would have liked as we were waiting on an inspection of  foundation repair from another company. Doug is patient and will work with you to ensure the results are worth it!   I am positive that we will enjoy his hardscape for many years."

"From the beginning Sandro assisted with photos and samples of materials for the deck. The work began on time and was finished in a timely manner although we had some delays due to weather. The under framing of the deck was built very sturdy as though you could build a house on it. We used treated wood for the decking boards and composite railing. Be sure to have a look at the samples of the composite railing as the railing made a very beautiful deck that would have otherwise been ordinary looking with wood railing."

"Mr. Beeler and his crew were a pleasure to work with.  This is a simple operation but they have the knowledge and skill to do any type of concrete job.  As with many smaller local operations, this was a very casual engagement, mostly through txt messages and email (there was no formal contract but that did not bother me at all as we had txt records of the conversation).  This was a small job but it ended up being a bit more than what I thought it would be. Having said that, this was considered to be a relatively small job and I had a bit of runaround from other contractors and couldn't even get to have somebody come look at it.  Mr Beeler came, looked and promptly told me what needed to be done.  Once the first part of the job was done, it was unfortunately not looking very good. I called Mr Beeler and he came and looked at it and was upset and extremely apologetic (he had another member of the crew work on it and told me they had to use a lesser grade of concrete because they couldn't put the right equipment through my narrow driveway).  In the end, he made it right and offered to pave over it with whatever I wanted, at no extra cost. We chose thin brick pavers and they came within the week and installed them. While the crew was there, they did some other extra things without charging anything. For instance, they removed an old metal fence (we are selling the house and had a list of things to do) and took it away. They also fixed some minor cracks on the brick outside the house. Overall based on my experience, I would use Mr. Beeler again for other concrete repair jobs."

We called them and asked them to build a custom deck.  He came out and started our deck immediately and added benches and different levels.  He took our design and added to it and made our dream deck better that we could have imagined.

The price was better than we thought it would be.

It was a great experience and we highly recommend them if your looking for a great design and great prices.

"We moved into Providence Country Club-Charlotte in January.  We bought the home knowing it needed some serious updates. Our goal was to first remodel the Master Bathroom, Paint the interior walls, and put hardwood in the Master Bathroom We had a budget in mind and did not want to go above that.  So we went on Angies list to get five quotes. Some of quotes that we received were ridiculously high.  Based on the fact that Chuck, owner, at Americas Home Choice was so quick to respond...as he did throughout the project.  Chuck not only came in a great price but He shared with us ideas on how we can save money.  WOW...Finally an honest contractor!!!  I had people with bids 300% higher than Americas Home Choice.  When we met Chuck we were very pleased how experienced he and his crew were.  Chuck always respected our budget and our ideas.
I work quite a bit but my wife stays at home during the day.  Since Chuck's crew would be in and out of my house without me there, I was nervous about a crew of guys i never met and hoped my Wife felt comfortable around them.  To answer,  Chuck crew was the best.  They were the most respectful and professional and I have ever worked with.  Rick, the Floorman, was incredible and build a house from scratch.  What nice guy!   Davey and Tommy were super as well.  Great things is Chuck doesn't use subcontractors...THEY DO IT ALL!    
Our Master Bathroom came out beautiful.  It is amazing how they transformed it into an oasis.  Our cabinets are awesome.  His quality of paint work made the inside of our house look new.  Chuck and his crew could not have been better.  If we saw something we didn't like, Rick would be at our house to correct within a week.  
 We are excited to do more projects in our new house!  Chuck with Americas Choice Contractors will be the only on we call!!!
