"We would like to submit a glowing review for the East Coast Comfort team. Tony and his team came to our house today to install a Fujitsu mini split heat pump in our attic room. They were on time, cordial, friendly, respectful, and they worked diligently to install our unit. We are extremely happy with the work they did and the new unit is working beautifully."

"I couldn’t be more pleased that I chose Gen3 to replace my “very old gas boiler/heater” Large purchases always make me nervous but Nicole Curran went above and beyond in explaining everything from start to finish in layman’s terms, to help ease my anxiety. Both Nicole & Travis were prompt, professional & friendly throughout the install. My many questions were met with quick response from the office staff, both Lauren and Heather are pleasure to work with. Do not hesitate to call Gen3 for your heating or cooling service needs."

"Very grateful for the quick service on my A/C during summer heat. Nice, friendly and professional!"

"Found this company on Angie's List and am I happy we called them. We had been using another company and has a service contract with them, but they were always too busy to do anything. We called DiBiase in the morning and a technician was at our house in the afternoon exactly on time. The technician (Chris) was extremely professional, very thorough in explaining why things weren't working and provided us a few options. We chose to repair the unit as opposed to replace it. Chris ordered the parts and was back on site as soon as the parts arrived. The price charged was exactly what was quoted, the service was completed promptly, system tested, Chris explained everything he did and the unit is working perfectly! I highly recommend this company, we have since signed a service agreement with them that includes 2 a year tune-ups for both or our systems. Great company to deal with, professional, courteous, prompt at returning calls and very thorough!"

"Great company! They've been super responsive when we've had questions or concerns, and deliveries are frequent enough that we never have to worry about running out of heating oil."

"excellent work and service very clean when finished with the repairs"

"Strive for Services Heating and Cooling were quick to respond to my emergency project. The tech provided a reasonable quote and arrived as he said he would. Tech performed a diagnostic of the heater to assure the polit was the only concern. There were no other concerns & tech was successful in relighting the polit. Also, tech gave detailed explanation with my additional questions. Needless to say I will rehire Strive for Heating & Cooling for future projects. Thanks."

"Unique Indoor Comfort’s technician, George, provided a fine tune up service to my residence's heating system which was well overdue for maintenance. He was able to pinpoint the issues I was having obtaining heat and, in the process, providing a more important service. This by detecting a significant potential health risk to the system when operating at capacity with elevated levels of carbon monoxide readings present in the combustion test and the necessity of having a chimney/fireplace sweep and cleaning conducted. The service call was money well spent. Would definitely use this company again for any additional issues"

"From the first call to rep (Millisa) to the tech who did the repair was customer friendly and effiecent I hired them for a repair in my father's house they had a tech there within 2 hours repaired the problem and pricing was great. I was so impressed I hired this company for a plumbing issue in my own home. Tech showed up ON time pricing was in line with job done I recommened this company to my neighbor and would recommend them in the future. GREAT customer service"

"

They are really good. I had four guys out here for, like three days. They put in a great heat pump real easily. Not only did they put in a new furnace, but the ducting that was in here at the house was, like, 30 years old so they tore it out and re-did it with custom ducting made out of big sheets of metal. They only charged me $3,000 for the furnace. I am glad I did because it has made a huge difference in the air quality here. They came out yesterday. They said they would be back for the winter servicing. I have an oil backup so they were out for a number of hours yesterday. They will service it for the next 10 years and it is under warranty for 10 years too. They are great guys. Frank Ford is the owner of it. He and his guys do excellent work and really care. Their prices are as good as anybody. The price depends on what unit you get so it is hard to say. These guys are terrific. I would say if you needed a new heat pump or furnace they should be number one on your list.
