"In completing the siding, repair and restoration of my 1897 Frame 2- flat Fortune Restoration exceeded my expectations. Their carpenters and painters are consulate professionals. Pete, Dan and Jose were a pleasure to work with. My building is not only historically accurate in the materials used but it virtually matches photos and drawings from old house books I used as a reference. This wall was stripped of all siding and trim - all that was left was the framing wood. The final product included re-siding the front wall with cedar (shakes and clapboard, window trim, repairing columns and rebuilding a balcony and porch. Finally painting decking, foundation, siding and trim in historical colors matching a historic photo I provided."

"Rob Reese is simply the best in the business, a fair and honest business owner who possesses great technical expertise. I am the treasurer of our condo association and we used AAA-1 back in 2012 for concrete block sealing and tuckpointing work. Our experience is that the water proofing product that he uses is of excellent quality and we were good for over 10 years. Fast forward to 2022 and it was time to reseal our concrete block again. I received 4 competitive bids for the work. Rob's proposal was the most complete, included the quality Chem-trete PB100 product (now costly due to pandemic induced supply chain issues - some of the other bidders included an inferior product), included a few extras but was still the most competitive proposal after fully levelling all of the bids. He included the cost of scaffolding (others wanted to hang a platform off of our roof), uses a very experienced team (some have been with him for decades), is well organized and bent over backwards to squeeze us in this Fall despite a full schedule. He completed the work quickly and professionally in 2.5 days (with a large crew) and communicated daily on what to expect the next day. I could not recommend Rob highly enough. We had a stellar experience and I would give him 10 stars if I could. They do excellent work and are true professionals."

"100+ year old brick building with 6-7+ layers of roof was leaking. Sam the owner of Expert Super Seal Roofing was able to bid the job within a few days of the initial contact call. He quickly revised the contract in response to some of our concerns and supplied us with proof of liability insurance upon request. The original plan involved tearing off all the old roofing layers, placing insulation on the deck, placing a base sheet on the insulation, placing a torch down bitumen system, placing a new coping on one of the parapet walls and a final liquid aluminum asphalt coat and guttering. After the many layers of the roof were torn off-the much larger scope of the job became apparent as at least 1/4 of the roof area had rotten decking and joists and a large section of the inner brick layer of the parapet wall had to be rebuilt. The original time estimate was 2 days and the job was completed in 5 consecutive days. When the need for additional work became apparent Sam immediately had extra workers on site and the extra materials that were needed for the rebuild. An additional dumpster was needed due to the extent of the tear off. Throughout the job Sam kept us posted with photos as to the extent and progress of the work. I was impressed with quality of the work, the efficiency of the workers and the job site clean-up."

"After receiving several estimates for the work ranging from $2,500 to over $15,000, I decided to proceed with JC & Son Masonry. Greg provided the initial estimate and his attention to detail, professionalism, and friendly / low-pressure demeanor impressed us from the beginning. He spent an hour walking around the property and noting the areas needing repair, took many pictures, and explained the scope of the work. He provided a detailed estimate with pictures and also made some helpful recommendations to address a drainage issue near our garage. When the time came to perform the work, Greg and his brother, Jake, sent their crew of skilled professionals, who showed up early every day exactly when they said they would, worked long hours (even in the summer heat), and did quality repairs. After the repairs were completed, Greg performed a "quality control" walk-through and noted a few areas needing touch up, which his crew promptly addressed the following week.
