"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"My freezer started spraying water out of the back of the water line the night before I went on vacation. When I tried to fix the water line myself, it stopped making ice and kept spraying water. So I turned off the water and left for a week. When I got back on Saturday evening, I called On-Call Maintenance and we scheduled a service call for Sunday morning. He was quick to figure out what the problem was (a broken valve inside the freezer), had to go to Lowe's to get a part, and was quick to get it put together again. During the evaluation I felt AAA Basement was being honest with me about what was needed. No Services were needed, but I was a list of things to work on to prevent mold from developing. "I cannot speak highly enough of David and his team. When I got a moderately high radon reading on the home I was selling, I had to take care of it quickly so that my closing could go through. David worked me into his schedule and came to my home the day I called. He was delightful, did a thorough inspection, and gave me an estimate. Not only that, but David had figured out a way to perform the remediation without installing unsightly pipes either on the inside or outside of the house. This involved him working in a very shallow attic space to run the pipes up through the heating ducts, but he was happy to go the extra mile. On the day of the work, David and his wonderful assistant Ryan arrived on time, and spent the better part of a day installing the system. They were convivial and professional without being the least bit instrusive  - I enjoyed the experience! We mostly likely needed a more detailed cleaning than we got from Air Duct Pro.  Our recent house remodeling did make our vents and returns especially dirty.  We have used other providers over the years, and I know that many of the others do a better job of cleaning the entire system.  We have allergies and symptoms of allergies that duct cleaning does improve.
