"I called just minutes before 10pm and expected to be told I'd have to wait until morning for a plumbing issue. Instead Jake showed up happy, polite and willing to find and solve our issue with in 35 to 40 min. Let me tell you Jake worked on our house for 2 hours solid, determined to fix our problem. Jerry showed up after Jake had been diligently trying everything to offer an extra hand. Both Jerry and Jake then worked an additional hour before finding and fixing our issue. Let me tell you, it was now very close to 2am!!!!!! This customer service, dedication and hard work was appreciated so much! I cannot say enough good things about Jake, Jerry or this company. Very honest, hard working people. Its hard to find this type of buisness nowdays!!!!! If i ever have another issue I will only call and use Liberty Plumbing and Heating. They arrived right on time, as usual, and were very considerate and hard working. Carlos was a wealth of information and was able to answer all of my questions. Bob Jensen Heating and AC have been providing maintenance, service, and repairs for our units for many years, and I have always found them to be very competent and exceptionally pleasant/helpful to work with. I ended up running a little late but my technician Sean was understanding and was such a nice guy. Sean was professional,informative and thoroughly explained all my options to me without being pushy, I've had such bad experiences with Service companies in the past trying to pressure me into buying something or replacing something right away but he didn't do any of that. Team was respectful of our property and cleaned up after work done. All of the team members being available was excellent to get install in one day. We hopefully will enjoy the benefits of the insulation and all went as anticipated with install. Very glad we had it done. Leo was excellent with pre install quote and arranging for install. He gave an honest first Quote, lower than others and lower than the other guys ( 2nd quote) There were no hidden fees, the quote listed price parts, labor, and was clearly transparent. We replaced my 88 years old Mother-in Laws furnace and Javier went above and beyond helping her with every question and concern, including Thermostat tutorial. He replaced to a new location the Thermostat and helped her with her water heater, no charge. Cano Heating was everything you hope for when you hire someone. Please consider hiring him, he does not have the overhead or expenses the Big guys have, but he passes the difference to the customer. I used 3 quotes using the same Furnace Brand.
