"I called just minutes before 10pm and expected to be told I'd have to wait until morning for a plumbing issue. Instead Jake showed up happy, polite and willing to find and solve our issue with in 35 to 40 min. Let me tell you Jake worked on our house for 2 hours solid, determined to fix our problem. Jerry showed up after Jake had been diligently trying everything to offer an extra hand. Both Jerry and Jake then worked an additional hour before finding and fixing our issue. Let me tell you, it was now very close to 2am!!!!!! This customer service, dedication and hard work was appreciated so much! I cannot say enough good things about Jake, Jerry or this company. Very honest, hard working people. Its hard to find this type of buisness nowdays!!!!! If i ever have another issue I will only call and use Liberty Plumbing and Heating. "Our replacement went very well. The Carini installation staff were professional and prompt. The job was extremely well done, with special attention made to a complete a very-clean, well-sealed and neat installation, which interfaced nicely with our current distribution ducting. The Supervisor, Dennis was pleasure to work with, he ensured everything was properly engineered and installed. and made sure we were completely satisfied in all aspects with the job. I am very glad that we selected Carini and would definitely recommend them and would use them again."

"On initial inspection, they discovered that our old heat registers were the kind with asbestos (house built in the 60's), so they had to sub out the abatement part of the job. Once abatement was complete, the workers showed up each day at the time they said they would arrive. They were all friendly and professional. They kept everything clean. The took pictures in the attic to show me before, during, and after the work. They explained what they were doing and showed me the new ducting they were installing (quiet ducts) and explained the more "up-to-date" way of putting in the duct work than what we had. After the work was complete, we noted that the furnace ran much quieter (due to new ducting), and it ran WAY less often. The house stayed much warmer while running the furnace much less often. Best of all, our gas bill dropped! Now that we're moving into summer, the house seems to be staying cooler on these warm days. We don't have A/C so we're hoping the new insulation will keep the house cooler as the days continue to warm up. Very happy with the company and all the work they did. I would recommend them!"

"35 year old plastic covered ducts that had deteriorated in 35 summers of attic heat were removed and replaced by new Kevlar covered insulated ducts in one morning by Tony and Daniel. The attic was very cramped with tight corners, but the team triumphed. Shelving that had to be removed was replaced, all floors and stairways were covered with drop clothes, and all old ducts were sealed in plastic bags and removed. The price for the work and the newer and more long lasting duct materials was very reasonable."

Nadav and Erick were on time and quickly got to work, because the age of the house the duct connected to the spare room had become brittle and damaged. "This was my second experience with Point Loma Electric. Another job well done! First Jim, the Owner, came out, and did a home safety inspection. He gave me a thorough written report, and made some recommendations. Then, we scheduled some of the upgrades. Two installers came out and replaced all my outlets and switches, and did the upgrades to my lighting. GFI outlets were added in several places. Things went very well, except the installers overlooked one of the fixtures in my kitchen, so that had to be re-scheduled. But it worked out ok, since on the next trip, they also upgraded the dimmer switch. I recommend this company, and I would definitely use them again."
