"My husband requested a quote and had to follow up with them 2 times before they even returned his call. We finally scheduled an appointment for them to come out to put together a quote for the project. The appointment was scheduled for 6:30 am and he didn't show up until almost 7 am. Said he would have a quote back to us within a week and that was the last we heard from them. My husband called them back twice to follow up and they never returned his calls."

When I called (close to 9pm), Rick answered and told me he was able to come out to our house Saturday morning. He gave me all of the costs upfront on the phone so we knew exactly what to expect. Rick arrived first thing in the morning. He was polite, friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. We have very hard water and no water softener at this time, so he recommended flushing our water heater every 6 months (you wouldn't believe how much lime was built up in the old one!!!) and even let me take a video of him explaining how to do that.
