"We called Anytime to get a second opinion when one of our units wasn't cooling properly.  We knew from the first opinion that it probably need to be replaced (14 years old).  John came out and inspected the unit, then agreed that replacement was advisable.  He gave us background about the company, including its status as a Premier Lennox Partner which only a small percentage of Lennox dealers achieve.  Then he went over our options, taking into consideration things such as how long we planned to stay in the house, square footage of area to be cooled, etc.  He had a a binder w/laminated pages that helped me consider the 2 units that he recommended.  There was no pressure.  Then I discussed it with my husband and we chose a unit.  Two days later they installed it and it works very well.  I felt good about our choice once i understood pros and cons of each option, the energy efficiency factors, etc.  It was a real education on A/C units."

Excellent.  It required 2 trips from Kalahari Electric, but they made both trips and only charged me for 1.  On the initial trip, there were some issues with installation of the original fixture I had selected, and the installing electrician was unable to complete the install and had to reinstall the original fixture.  To their credit, they agreed that the original installation failed as a result of a miscommunication on their part (I'm sure some of it was my issue as well), and they were willing to come back and install a new fixture that was better suited for the space without charging me another trip charge.  I found them to be very professional, very committed to doing the job right, and very committed to customer satisfaction.  Sometimes you can only see how professional a company is when there is a problem and you see how they address it.  Kalahari did good.
