"Today Ryan B and Chris installed two systems in our home that were in dire need of replacing: our water conditioning system, and our water heater. From our first call until job completion, we were so impressed with this company. Our well water was getting increasingly stinky, rust colored, and hard. I searched Google and saw the great reviews, so I called and set up an appointment (special shoutout to Marcus, their customer rep/scheduler, who was super friendly and had wonderful customer service skills). Ryan B came to our home a few days later. He tested our water and educated us about our options. Together we came up with a plan to get the ferrous iron from our well water under control with a new Novo water conditioner, as our 15+ year old previous unit wasn't handling our water anymore. Our water heater was also almost 20 years old, so it was way overdue for replacement. We talked through options based on our needs and budget, and decided on a Novo tankless system. Within days, everything was ordered and installed. We were happy that Ryan B came back to do the install. Some companies send a sales person out to make the sale, then disappear and send out the tech to do the actual work. Thankfully that wasn't our experience with DPP. Ryan and Chris took out our old clunky equipment, cleaned up the area, and installed shiny new systems which are so much more efficient, easier to maintain, and which give us more precious garage space. We now have hot water immediately, and it's not stinky, rusty, or hard. Win! Other noteworthy things to mentionâ ¦ -Communication was excellent (you get a text and email with a photo of the technician you should be expecting ahead of time, when they're on the way) and they keep you updated during the job. -Education is big. Ryan and Chris took time after the installs to explain what they did and how to maintain our systems. They told me that there are no stupid questions despite the many I probably asked. They actually want to help you help yourself, so to speak, not just leave you in the dark. -They offer what's essentially a yearly service contract that pays for itself immediately. It was a no brainer for us. -They are veteran-friendly and offer (at least as of this review) a service member discount. This is always a plus in our book when companies do this, and every little bit of discount helps! -Since we're still in a pandemic (hopefully over soon, knock on wood), they wore masks while in the house. We have little kids at home and appreciated that courtesy, even though they didn't have to do that. -And speaking of kids, the guys are proud dads who enjoy talking about their kids, and they were so patient with mine. My 4 year old was curious about what they were doing and watched them work for a few minutes (supervised and held, safely!); they also tried to be as quiet and courteous as possible for our (often sleeping!) baby. My husband and I originally planned to be diligent homeowners and get estimates from a few companies since we knew this wouldn't be a small job. But we were so impressed with Delaware Plumbing Professionals that we went with them immediately. Who knows if we could have gotten a cheaper rate elsewhere? We don't care because we found the pricing fair, felt no pressure to buy anything, and honestly, we feel like we got what we paid for and more. Great communication, amazing customer service, responsive, and we feel like we're valued clients with these guys. "We could not be happier with the Puronics Hydronex iGen Whole home treatment system and Micromax 7000 drinking water system provided by Orbit Water Solutions. Justin, the marketing rep who sold us the system, was very professional and accommodating. Justin took about an hour to demonstrate a series of tests which reflected to quality of our water which had more chlorine and hardness than we expected. If you have concerns for lead, Orbit standard demonstration does test for it so you will need to have a separate test done. After some negotiation, we were able to settle on a deal which got us the system and financing for the next 10 years. Orbit provides annual maintenance services on the machine and there is a lifetime warranty on parts which really assured us we were making an investment to improve our water. The best part about it is that the system travels with you. For a small fee, Orbit will pack the system up and ship it to your next home if you move which was a big selling point for us. Orbit also threw in a subscription to PureSelects soap for the next 10 years which was a nice add-on. PureSelects provides every kind of soap or cleaning product you could ask for so it will be nice not to have to purchase additional soap products in the near future. Within a couple days, the installation team came out to install the system. They arrived on time but the installation took a little bit longer than expected. Turns out our the installed garbage disposal was too large to fit with the RO unit tank under the sink. Orbit was very accommodating though. Orbit purchased a new garbage disposal and installed it free of charge which I bet many companies would not have done. I highly recommend getting the larger of the under sink tanks for the RO unit. Even with the two gallon tank, my family has used up all the water in the tank. A 1 gallon tank would just not have been enough. The water in our house has been incredible since we installed the system a few months ago. We noticed an immediate impact to our skin and hair after using it and our drinking water certainly tastes better. Best of all, we feel confident in the quality of the water we use throughout the house to keep us safe and our appliances in good condition. We highly recommend the investment in the water treatment systems through Orbit."

"The system has only been installed for a week. So I'm not sure about long-term. However everything seems to be wonderful. The water is so pure and clean tasting. And I love that I am not buying plastic bottles of water anymore. The two people I met were the one to give me an estimate and description of the system. He was again excellent. And the installer of the system was very helpful and explaining things and giving me extra tips about the process. I would definitely recommend this company and this reverse osmosis system to those who are interested in pure water, helping the environment by not throwing plastic bottles away and overall enjoying the softness of the water."
