"I worked with Pam throughout the entire experience. She was wonderful. She contacted me quickly to schedule an appointment and also scheduled radon testing on my behalf. We had to reschedule due to a snow storm, but she was quick to contact me and arrange a new day. On the day of the appointment, she showed up on time. We spent a few hours at the house while she inspected it. She pointed out a few issues here and there. As soon to be first time homeowner, I really appreciated this. "Access did a great job going through the home thoroughly. My only suggestion for them would be to inspect the water shutoff valves for corrosion. Obviously they cannot turn on/off the water at the valves because they might break, but they can look for damage to them. (I happened to have been planning to replace them all with quarter-turn shutoffs anyway, because I am crazy about home maintenance.) What I really liked is he had contingency plans to look where he otherwise was bared from looking at. For instance, due to ice on the roof he couldn't safely walk up there, but he had a 40 foot extension pole for his camera with a button to make it take a picture."
