Due to a busy schedule the crew agreed to come by on a Saturday for the install, less than 2 weeks from date of estimate. The installation went quite smoothly and I had my new swamp cooler up and running within 4 hrs."

When spec'ing a new top-of-the-line high efficiency furnace and AC system, they were able to outbid competitors by 20-25% for a system with better specs! The sales manager, Shawn, happily answered all my technical questions and concerns and was extremely responsive, even on weekends and after hours. Come installation day, Blue Best showed up with a large crew in 3 company trucks and man how they hustled! Both systems were fully installed by the end of the first day, with some minor ductwork and a steam humidifier installed on the second. I checked in regularly with their crew and every one I spoke to was patient and professional. Their quality of work was also top notch - all the electrical and duct runs were clean and neat, all registers and thermostats perfectly straight and level. "I called Ryan because my 15 year old furnace was not functioning. The heat exchangers had pinholes and the secondary exchanger was completely rusted out and clogged. Ryan did his absolute best to come up with the best solution for the least amount of cost to me. In the end the resolution ended up being a new furnace unit. This gentleman is transparent and honest. He took the time to explain to me why I needed a new furnace. He had the opportunity to cobble my old one together and charge me for labor, but his integrity shined through and he let me know it's not safe, and he's not comfortable doing that. I also took the opportunity to have him install a 4" filter box to prevent future system issues due to the awful 1" filter location. I will 100% call Ryan again in the future.
