"Dishonest company. At first we thought this was an honest company with respectable owners and employees. I am very sad to report how wrong we were. They recently came here for maintenance and said that we needed a part replaced for over $700. We refused the part because of the price (the owner of the house is on a fixed income), but they said we needed the part and we could pay later. As I was looking over the paperwork for my mom of all their past visits and supposed maintenance , I realized how much they had been ripping her off by charging her extra maintenance fees when she should?ve had free maintenance up until the year 2026 after a full system install and full duct replacement. Every time they come for a maintenance visit they suggest thousands of dollars of work that needs to be done. "

"DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY We chose Jack Rabbit based on a recommendation from a friend, expecting professionalism, transparency, and quality service. Unfortunately, our experience fell far short of those expectations. At the time I was gathering quotes, my husband, a professional engineer was not home. He also wasn’t present during the installation. To ensure clarity, I had Jack Rabbit’s engineer/salesperson speak with him by phone. That conversation quickly turned tense, as the salesperson was dismissive and disrespectful toward my husband’s expertise. It was clear the salesperson was more concerned with defending his ego than engaging in an honest, informed discussion. With temperatures soaring and no AC for a few days, I made a rushed decision to move forward with Jack Rabbit, trusting that they would honor their agreement to match a competitor’s quote not just in price, but in equipment and specifications. That promise was a key reason I chose them. Sadly, what we received did not reflect that commitment. The AC unit installed was not the higher-end model we were led to expect, and the discrepancy only came to light after the fact. I left messages for upper management and the owner, hoping to discuss our disappointment and give the company an opportunity to acknowledge where things went wrong. To date, I have received no return call. That silence speaks volumes about their commitment to customer service and accountability. This experience has left us feeling misled and disappointed. To accomplish this Anthony and Cody removed multiple return lines along with the air filter box attached to the air handler so the filter box could be rotated. While there I also had them install a new drain line and make a compressor base adjustment. Job was neatly completed, timely, and what I needed done. Very pleased with their work.
