"I had a blockage in my main drain which was causing waste (poop!) to backup into a shower. I called Tampa Bay Plumbers and they dispatched a service technician within 2-3 hours. Michael, the tech, arrived and evaluated the situation. He used an electric drain auger to try to clear the blockage but the auger was not robust enough to do the job. He called another technician, Matt, and even though Matt had already clocked out for the day, he came over to give Michael a hand. Matt had a better electric auger and like Michael earlier, dragged the auger onto the rooftop to access a plumbing vent in order to try to clear the blockage. They were able to send the auger down the entire length of the drain and clear out scale deposits that were the main cause of the blockage. They then used a camera and examined the entire drain all the way to the septic tank to ensure the line was completely clear. These guys were here for about 3-4 hours until around 8:00 PM and they persevered to ensure my drainage issue was resolved before they left. And to top it off, Michael cleaned/disinfected the nastiness from the shower and the toilet and he also cleaned/disinfected every doorknob they touched in the process of the repair. I cannot recommend Tampa Bay Plumbers strongly enough. This is the third time I have used their services over the last 4 years and I could not be happier with the quality of service and professionalism of the staff and technicians. If you have a plumbing or septic issue call Tampa Bay Plumbers! You will not be disappointed!"

"My first appointment went well.  Mr. Kelly was professional and prompt.  He was willing to answer my questions.  He also adjusted the thermostat to the recommended setting as it was set quite high.  When the water did not seem hot enough, I called him back on 1/22.  He came again and adjusted the thermostat - no charge.
On 2/3, extra work was required as a leak in the tank had damaged the floor.  Mr. Kelly was able to recommend someone to make that repair and Mr. Kelly returned later in the day to finish the installation.

"They did a great job of covering everything up when removing the old tile. Terracotta is a real pain to remove and I'm glad I didn't try and do it myself. I can't find a flaw in the installation of the new tile. Everything looks perfect. I have a fireplace and it looks like the fireplace was installed after the tile they did such a great job. The workers were friendly and the cleaned up the area after every day of working. I will definately use again."

"I had 3 large live oak trees trimmed and a large laurel oak removed. The Tree barber arrived on time at my house in the Tampa Bay area on time for initial estimate and to do the work. He was happy to show me his insurance documents. He and his crew made nice trim cuts to the live oaks to remove dead branches, thin out growth and cut large limbs that extended over the house as I asked. They worked to carefully remove a large laurel oak tree that was damaged and too close to the house. Ramon was able to supervise and direct the crew even when he himself was 30 foot up in a tree. The oak had large limbs that extended over my neighbors property and Tree Barber trimmed and cut them carefully to avoid any damage. Because of the many trees a crane could not be used for the trees in the backyard. They cut and lowered each piece of the tree by hand. Ramon used a small bobcat to take the tree limbs from the back yard to the front, to be hauled away. It is to be expected in a project like this some damage to the grass would occur. Ramon smoothed out the dirt and wood chips in the backyard as I asked. Very happy with the job."

"The plumber referred me to a leak finder, who was quite a bit less expensive than the last one I used. He located the hot water leak under the slab and under some kitchen cabinets over the slab. Since this was the third leak found in the last few months the plumber advised that the whole house be re-piped (similar to what the previous plumber suggested if another leak was found). The re-piping was scheduled promptly and the work took two to three workmen three days to complete. Everything works perfectly. Done on time and at no additional cost over the quoted price."
