"We were VERY pleased with the work and the service of PuroClean. I highly recommend them. We were impressed with their professionalism from start the finish. Their estimate was the lowest one but I can honestly say that wasn't the only reason we chose them. We were so happy with the service and overall value that we already got the ball rolling on another project with them."

"They came through and cleaned all of it up.  There was mold from the trees on my foundation and they cleaned it up.  They even wore bio hazard suits.  They also do fire damage and mold damage removal."

"It went incredibly well. The Restoration 1 team showed up as promised and set there equipment up promptly. They prepared the area for their work without impacting much else. They were respectful and courteous and truly tried to make the process as painless as possible. When they were done, they quickly removed their machines. The previously soaked wood was bone dry. It was amazing. The carpenter who came in to finish the drywall work was amazed at how dry the wood was. He said it's usually still a little damp after other companies have done the same work. These guys are the best in the industry!!"

"The service was fast and courteous. I would hire again."

"They were able to come out the same day which was fantastic! The woman who came out was very professional and through. She tested the area in question for wetness then went up to the bathroom to test the area. She told me that unfortunately I would need to probably fix my gutters and drywall to correct the issue but they do not do that type of work. I was very thankful for her advice and regretted that I could not use them for service after they drove all the way to my house. I would definitely use them in the future id anything comes up."

"The service was good. We just paid the $59 Big Deal. They were great and professional. The price was fine."

"Genpro were absolute professionals in their demeanor and performance. During the times when you need someone the most with a water damage problem this team is second to none very prompt and extremely thorough. I have had the unfortunate event where I have needed genpro services , , but if I had to deal with that circumstance ever again they are exactly who will be doing that work because I feel like I made friends and the value that I received was beyond what I ever expected."
