"The service was great and reasonable. The technician was very informative and gave options for the repair."

"Scheduling was easy b/c the service provider responded in great detail when I contacted via text (other providers either didn’t provide info regarding their company & fees until the next morning or were charging a lot more for the house call to assess the problem. Service provider was prompt, well trained, thorough, wore shoe covers and a mask inside my home, and explained in detail his findings. Installed the replacement part promptly and charged a fair & reasonable price. I recommend Team Enoch!"

"My 15 year old system needed to be replaced had various companies come out not only was their price extremely competitive, but their customer service was exceptional the tech offered me various options to meet my ac needs, and answered all of my questions. The installation was done in a timely manner and the installers were great they cleaned after themselves and used drop cloths to protect my floors."

We called for service on an A/C unit in one of our rental properties and received a same day appointment.  The technician called as promised 45 minutes prior to arrival and arrived to the property on time.  He quickly evaluated the unit and found the starter capacity had failed.  He had the part on his truck and was able to replace the capacity and get the unit running again quickly.  While there he cleaned the unit and checked the R-22 level.  Good Service, honest technician, and quick repair.  All things I like.

I had another company in the area come to the this property for the same repair and after 2 minutes and no troubleshooting informed me the furnace needed replacement at $3K and all the duct needed replacing at another $3K.  Now how replacing the furnace would fix the AC is beyond me.  I promptly escorted this gentleman off my property.  So glad I Found the A/C Guy!

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"We had an estimate for an AC unit and/or HVAC repair for a home purchase"

"Problem with gas service to central heating system. Quick and courteous response. Problem determined to be with gas provider and no gas was reaching our home."

"Hattie A/C services did an outstanding job! They took out the old units, installed the new, and cleaned up afterwards. Very happy with their work!"

"I am writing this review to commend Cucco's for their professionalism and work ethic. It is very refreshing to deal with a company that is true to what they say they will do and they do it pleasantly  without any hassle. Thank you so much for the  professionalism that you have shown in my dealing with you.  Every technician that has come to my house has been very customer friendly. Martin did an excellent job at correcting a problem with my air conditioner. I truly believe that when you handle customers the way that you do, you will  continue to be blessed in your business.  Thank You!

"They inspected the a/c unit as part of a big deal coupon for $49. A couple weeks later sometime while I was on vacation, my a/c started leaking water. I called them up and they immediately (within 3 hours) had someone show up and look into it. Apparently the pvc pipe coming off it stopped draining which caused the unit to leak water in the house. The a/c technician that came out cleared it out. He put it in as a warranty fix, so it didn't cost me anything above the initial inspection fee. Perhaps they could have found this issue during the inspection, but the way they responded to it and resolved it right away, it was a very good experience.
After this experience, I learned two things: 1) damp carpet left alone for a week or more is not very pleasant. 2) RAS A/C really cares about customer service, and I'll use them in the future.
