"I've been using them for years. The technicians are extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, willing to work with you. Lesley is a great guy. One time when I needed an outside condenser, I was selling a boat and we ended up bartering for his services and equipment. I traded him for it. How often does that happen? That sold me on Lesley. I've been using him for years. If I need a condenser or something small, they don't show up and charge me $350 for a $30 part."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"I experienced pipe damage due to the freeze, I was able to contact Mr. Hatton in middle of the night. He arrived to give me a very affordable estimate, but also ensured my family had running water that night. He has amazing customer service and great work ethics! I would absolutely refer him to my family and friends for amazing repairs."

"On the day of the work (4) workers came on time and proceeded with the work. They were very professional and covered the floor and the stairs leading to the attic. They too answered all my questions about what they did. They showed me the old evaporators coils and the leaks in them, and the new were still in the original box. They replaced on of my thermostats and fixed a noise coming from my outside unit . Although, I had a second estimate on this work that would have been less, I went with Cucco,s because I trust their work and their professionalism. Honestly, it is so hard to fine honest people these days working with them is a pleasure.

"1. They did a really good job. When the air flow balance wasn't to my liking they came back and fixed it right away. Also built new intake boxes to my guidelines. ($2000-2200, don't really remember exact amount) 2. Their tech was good at troubleshooting and pin pointing what was wrong. Was able to replace part the next day. ($200 for parts and labor) 3. Tech troubleshooted a bad capacitor and was able to replace it onsite and this was an after hours call. (aournd $185 for parts and labor) 4. Tech troubleshooted a bad control board. Took a day to get replacement board as this was a weekend call. ($400 for parts and labor) Their techs are pretty good at troubleshooting especially Jose. I would use them again."
