"Long story short I was attempting to install a new vanity over the copper supply lines for a bathroom sink. I bent the copper pipe which caused it to begin leaking. It was a Sunday night at 5:30 pm. Dan showed up even quicker than he had estimated. He was prompt, courteous and professional. He fixed the leak quickly including making recommendations to replace the 30 year old shut-off valves, which he did at the same time as fixing the leak. He also noticed the outside shutoff valve was leaking and was able to tighten the valve so that it would no longer leak. He made it quick and painless. He tried to make the higher than normal (weekend night) service fee worth the call out for us. Although it was a little more expensive because it was a weekend night, it was nice to know it had been fixed and we could turn the water on again. It was a great experience compared to our previous horrible experiences we had with Mister Quik."

He spend at least 30 minutes with me reviewing the current configuration to ensure that the replacement water heater would meet our needs. We switched from a tank water heater to a tankless water heater and couldn't be happier. The tech did a great job with the installation and left the area clean and organized."

"They come once a year. We've got a life-long contract that they come once a year and do an inspection for us. They're very thorough. They offer suggestions. Well, they fixed it. It's fixed. They're very good at fixing the problem and it doesn't break. So, the quality of their work is very, very good. As I said, they offer suggestions. If they say that in the next year, you're going to have to look into replacing this faucet, and here's your options. It's nice to be presented with the options. "He, himself, arrived at our scheduled time and was professional and informative from the get-go. He tested our water and confirmed it was pretty awful, which of course, we already knew.. we just didn't know how bad. He made some suggestions and we were completely sold on his advice, confidence, suggestions and knowledge. One tech arrived a week later and replaced the softener with the new magical one. Another tech arrived to help with the completion and installation of the osmosis system. They did a great job, answered lots of questions and advised that we'd see instant results in the cold water and once the hot water tank was empty with existing water, instant results there too... in maybe 5 days. It only took 4!! WE LOVE OUR WATER and no longer hold our noses when showering or brushing our teeth. We no longer race out to buy bags of ice when company is on the way and we can actually drink water from the filter water from the kitchen sink for the first time ever. Never would we do that before!! What a difference! We're more than pleased and working with this company was worth every penny. Don't hesitate to call on them for better water. They know what they're talking about."

"Andrew had installed a new water softner for us back in January. He used the existing cut-off valves rather than replacing them at the time because they worked just fine. Yesterday afternoon I noticed a small leak when turning one of the valves off. I called Andy to leave a message to see if he could come by and check it out. Since it was Sunday evening I did not expect him to call me back until this morning. But he called me last night to ask a few questions about the problem and he came by this morning to assess the problem. It was a simple fix and he did not even charge me for the work. It is so hard to find contractors today who are responsive, trustworthy, conscientious, and service oriented. I would recommend Andy and his team at Simply Water to anyone who needs a new water system, water softner, hot water heater, house filtration, etc. installed. They do a GREAT job!

"I initially contacted Cindy on 11/12/2012. I had to leave a message and she called me back in a day or 2. I explained what I wanted and she asked if I wanted it done before Thanksgiving. I advised no, but I would like it done by Christmas. She said Chris would need to stop by and see exactly what I wanted and she would check with him and then let us know when he could come by. Christmas came and went and we did not hear back from them. We went on vacation in January and when we returned we called them again the first of February. Chris and his helper did stop by in the next few days and we determined what type of sink and faucet I wanted. Chris said it should be in stock and he would have Cindy call me about setting up a time for the next week. I didn't hear from them that week and when I called the next week Cindy said they had to order the sink and it would be in in 3 weeks which would be 3/11/13. It finally came in later than estimated and Conrad came to install on 3/23/2013. He pulled my old sink and faucets and was putting plumbing together on new sink when he discovered the sink was defective. They said they would have to reorder and would contact me when they received it. Long story long, the new sink was finally delivered and installed on 4/10/2013. We do realize that the defective sink was not their fault but the whole experience was very frustating. In the end, we were pleased with the product and the installation. Conrad did a very nice job installing and cleaning up.
Overall, customer service and communication were not the best.

"All in all it went very well. There was a bit of a rocky start trying to get on the schedule and nailing down communication but that was due to unforeseen circumstances that were not CHR's fault.  John was nice to work with and Mike did a great job finishing the new drywall i had installed in my master bedroom/bath/closet. This was a complex restoration, and R&R had to coordinate with the cabinet makers, countertop installers, and other subs during the almost 4-month job. There were a few hiccups of course, as any large job is sure to have, but Rob and his crew were always fast to make things right without any griping. We were very satisfied."
