He was unable to fix the issue, stated he could not snake the line again, did not know why the water was not draining, and said he ?couldn?t wrap his head around the issue.? He ultimately left the problem unresolved and told dispatch that a plumber would need to come out at a later date. At this point: ? I have paid for a service that did not resolve the problem ? The issue returned within 24 hours ? Your technician was unable to diagnose or fix the issue"

They just came without my knowledge and then I find a high amount bill) and another for an “automatic payment” for 500 that they never could explain. The didn’t even fix this issue and it kept happening every month even after I cancelled the service. Then having to call them is a hastié for the refund of the 500. Stay away of this company"

I?ve made multiple calls, they?ve sent technicians out multiple times, and the issue is never actually fixed. I?ve even had to call NJ Natural Gas more than once because AJ Perri couldn?t resolve their own installation issues. Their so-called ?Exceptional Service Guarantee? is complete bullshit. Right now, I once again have no hot water?which their own website clearly states is considered an emergency with service promised within hours. Instead, I?m being told they have no technicians available and I have to wait until tomorrow. Meanwhile, I?m left worrying about frozen pipes and further damage because of their incompetence. This is hands-down the worst service experience I?ve ever had. Overpriced, unreliable, and zero accountability. If you?re considering AJ Perri, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere."
