"WORST SERVICE ON THE MARKET. THIS COMPANY LEFT MY GRANDMOTHER $14k in DEBT, after recommending top teir gutters. The gutters were NOT needed. Not only did the company install the gutters poorly, they do not work. They do not work because she needs a roof, not new gutters. This horrible company recommended $14k gutters when a ROOF was needed. Now she will have to take down the gutters, and put up a new roof. KICKER - they fell into her garage door and left it damaged/non-functioning. DO NOT ..... I REPEAT ..... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You can see in the pictures below how gutters should never have been installed on this house. Also can see how they do not work (icicles behind). Imagien $14k for gutters that do not work. RUN from Home Genius. Their response a week later: Ambrose Powell 1:45 PM (53 minutes ago) to Jeff, me, Austin, Victoria Bill, I respect that you are a busy person and that is exactly why I gave you a multitude of options for a scheduled phone call. After you agreed to talk at 9:30am I called you exactly at that time, you did not call me back until 11:50am in which you apologized for missing my call and told me you appreciated with me sticking with it. I too am a busy person and scheduled phone calls with other customers as well as additional meetings when you gave me the agreement of 9:30am. I can call you at 4:30pm if you are available or I can speak directly with your grandmother if you prefer. "We sadly signed up for a free estimate. Jon came on 8/16 and we were told by Jon a few times all we had to do was call in within 3 days and get our deposit back. I asked twice and my husband asked once he said "all we have to do is call and we will get our $100 back" Clearly not true. I called on the 3rd day 8/19 and spoke with a lady, i thought her name was gabby, but apparently they lied giving me that name she doesnt work there. I have no idea what her name was sadly I did not record the call. Was told my papers weren't put in it was no issue, my check would be mailed on Monday the next business day. Well a week later I get a call from financing stating they need signatures. Confused I was like we canceled and you all were supposedly mailing my check. Well low and behold apparently you can't cancel over the phone. So Jon lied multiple times and "gabby" lied when I called in. They cashed out check and our free estimate cost us $100. I was told the VP would call us back on 8/26. He finally called us on 8/29. We missed the call but called right back. Have tried calling today 8/30. When I called to cancel the service it was within my time period! Of course now it's out. Lesson learned! Don't trust them! When I called on 8/19 at 3:24pm the call lasted under 2 minutes, which it was very quick. Told them I needed to cancel an epoxy job, transferred me to some girl, I told her jon said all I had to do was call. she said up and went on about the papers not being filed yet and since it was friday and late the check wouldn't be mailed till monday. Never again."
