"Great Jeff Patterson came out checked roof, did minor repairs as part of deal. Roof needed some shingles replaced and end caps repaired. Jeff gave price we agreed and were told someone would be out in week or two. next day guy came out and did the work. couldn't ask for better action. told roof would last 4 to 5 years and that was a pleasant surprise as every one around us having new roofs ."

First of all Paul and Cindy are fantastic people and a pleasure to work with.  There is just something so honest about them that I knew I was making the right decision going with Otto Roofing.

Communication with Paul was easy. The work they did was excellent, the color options great and the work was completed and cleaned up in one day. 

It is so difficult to get work done on one's home these days without delays, lack of communication etc.  but with Otto roofing everything just went smoothly.  All I had to do was make an appointment, pick out the roofing choice and pick a date.  Within a week I had my new roof and it looks so good now I want to side my house to make it stand out even better!!!

Thank you Paul and Cindy - in this day and age where people are just out for money, it is great to know there is still a company out here that gives great personalized customer service, quality product and peace of mind.

"We are pleased to recommend Triangle Reconstruction with our highest praise. It seems too simple to say that they do what they said they’d do, but that’s exactly what happened. Our home is around 50 years old. Ours was a large job - around a month and $30,000. We had Triangle Reconstruction come in after another moisture company provided mold remediation and a humidifier. I wish we’d contacted TR to start with. We provided TR with a structural engineering report. They created a plan to exactly meet all of engineer’s concerns. TR used temporary supports and replaced seal plates, girders, and joists for over half of our home. In addition, they poured footers and built new columns. They also added a few additional girders to firm up our floors. They removed and replaced our insulation. They sealed our porch and crawl space, replaced our vapor barrier, and installed a moisture meter. They wrapped our electrical cords and hung them. The people at TR are remarkable. A+++++"

and bought the parts about $22 then installed them and got the garage
door to lift again. It is a bit unsightly but it was our only option and

"The salesman was personable, and easy to work with. However, after the work began, we contacted him, and he did not return the call. He called the President of the company to deal with our concerns. The work actually took three days. One the first day, the technicians came promply and worked dilligently. They ran into some problems, but corrected those, and continued. One of the handrails did not arrive (it was not ordered), but they promised it would come the next day. The second day, they arrived promply, however, the weather took a turn, and we offered to let them leave around lunch to avoid the accumulating snow. They did bring the handrail, that was not ordered (however, it turned out to be chrome, not brushed nickel). They left, promising they would return by 8:00 the next (Sat) morning. When they had not arrived by 9:30, we called the salesman to inquire about the technicians, concerned that they had had bad luck in the weather situation of the preceding day. We left a voice mail, and we did not hear back from him. This is when he chose not to call us back, but instead called the President. The technicians arrived, concerned that we were upset, and we assured them that we were simply concerned about their safety. They completed the job that afternoon.
We were asked to fill out a survey, and submit and add questions/comments to the company. We did complete the survey, conveying questions that we had. Some areas needed to be caulked (that were missed), and we wanted to know where we could get the caulk to match what Luxury Bath used. We never received a response.
When all said and done, we love the walk-in shower and were very impressed with the installers. Not so much so with the company. We have yet to hear anything further from them, since the walk-in shower was installed.
